This section describes how EcomConnector (the Google Sheets™™ add-on and the website ecomconnector.ru, including the personal account at app.ecomconnector.ru) accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data. openid, email, profile, userinfo.email): your email address and name, used to identify your account and the spreadsheets you have access to.spreadsheets): read and write access to the spreadsheet in which you installed the add-on, used only to write the marketplace reports you request (sales, stock, orders, finances) into that spreadsheet.drive.file): used only to create a new spreadsheet for you when you press «Create table» in the personal account. We can access only the files created by EcomConnector or explicitly opened with it; we cannot see your other Drive files.script.container.ui, script.external_request, script.scriptapp): to show the add-on sidebar and to call the EcomConnector API.We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features of EcomConnector: signing you in, checking which projects you may manage, and writing your marketplace data into your own spreadsheets on your request or on the schedule you set. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
EcomConnector's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We store your email, name, the identifiers of your spreadsheets and an OAuth refresh token so that scheduled reports can run while you are offline. Refresh tokens and marketplace API keys are stored encrypted; all traffic uses HTTPS. Access to production systems is restricted to the operator. The contents of your spreadsheets are not copied to our database beyond what is needed to build the requested report.
We do not share Google user data with third parties, except: Google itself (to read and write your spreadsheets), when required by law, or with your explicit consent. Human staff do not read your data unless you ask us for support, it is needed for security reasons, or it is required by law.
We keep your data while you use the service. You can revoke EcomConnector's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete all your data (account, tokens, API keys, project settings), email ecomconnector@gmail.com with the subject «Delete my data»; we delete it within 30 days. Data written to your own spreadsheets stays under your control in Google Drive™.
The personal account uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms (CSRF). The website uses Yandex.Metrica for anonymous visit statistics.
